Terms and conditions


  • The fastest and most convenient way to book an appointment is using our online booking system. 

  • Due to the nature of our work it can be hard to answer calls, we only check voice messages at the end of the day. Please do send us a email or text message for a faster response time.

  • In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointment time, we recommend booking as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.

  • All new clients or clients that have not visited in the last 6 months, require a $25 non refundable deposit at the time of booking prior to the appointed time of service, an invoice will be emailed with payment details you will have 48 hours to process deposit payment or you booking will be cancelled. We require this as part of our cancellation policies. Your deposit is not an extra charge it is simply held on an account for you on your booking and taken off your final bill. Please be aware of our cancellation policies, they are provided below


Late Arrival Policy 

  • In order to remain on schedule for all our clients, we may shorten your service time if you are late for your appointment the regular service price will still apply. 

  • If you anticipate to be more than 15 minutes late, please call/text the salon to see if we can still accommodate your appointment. If there is insufficient time to do your service in full, we will need to reschedule your appointment. One late client can throw off our entire schedule and cause us to be late for other booked appointments.

  • If you run more than 15 minutes late you will be charged 50% of your appointment and be rescheduled, subject to availability.



  • Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. This gives us time to schedule another client. 

  • Any cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% of service cancellation fee, and less than 24hrs is a 100% service charge.

  • Please provide 7 days notice for group cancellations. Deposit may be held.

  • If the cancellation notification is 24 hours or less, the only acceptable method of cancellation is via a telephone call to 027 498 2876. 48 hours or more, an email is acceptable

  • If you reschedule and then cancel the new rescheduled appointment you will incur a full service charge.

  • All December appointments due to high demand are  immediately 50% cancellation fee on any appointment.

  • We understand that 'sometimes' emergencies occur and that it’s not possible to give adequate notice to cancel/reschedule an appointment. However if you repeatedly cancel /reschedule appointments we will have to treat your future bookings the same as NO SHOW bookings.

  • Clients that continually cancel or late reschedule may be subject to a non refundable 50% future booking deposit.


No Shows

  • A full fee will be imposed for a no show plus 

  • We will require a non-refundable deposit upon booking your next appointment. The deposit will be used as credit towards your final bill

  • Clients who continually fail to show for appointments will be asked to pre-pay for future services. First time, no show clients will be asked to reserve their future appointment with a credit card or non refundable 50% deposit.

As cancellations and ‘no shows’ have a significant impact on us, we need to enforce our cancellation policy and trust you understand our need to do so.

  • We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories.


Forms Of Payment Accepted

  • Payment is required at the time of your appointment. 

  • We are happy to accept Mastercard, Visa, Debit Cards, Cash and Gift Certificates. 

  • We do not accept personal checks.


Late payments/cancellation fees

  • All payments are due on invoice. We do not offer deferred payments.

  • If we have not received your payment within 7 days of the invoice due date, we will send you a email reminder.

  • If we have not received your payment within 30 days we will add a 10% late payment fee to your next monthly invoice.

  • The purpose is to defray the costs associated with collecting late payments.

  • If you havent paid by 3 months all outstanding invoices get forward on for collection.


  • If you refuse to pay us, or do not respond to our e-mails, we will make every effort to collect the debt.

  • All costs we incur associated with collecting debts, including attorneys’ fees and court costs, will be paid by you.


  • General gift vouchers and or deal vouchers terms and conditions: 

  • Bookings are essential. 

  • Subject to availability. 

  • 24-hour cancellation policy applies or your voucher is void. 

  • Vouchers are non-redeemable for cash, no refunds, no cash back, not to be used with other offers. 

  • Lost vouchers cannot be replaced, unreadable voucher cannot be redeemed. 

  • Must be produced on arrival at the salon as proof of purchase. NO voucher NO treatment.

  • ALL Embellished nails vouchers have 6 month expiries, vouchers used past the expiry will incur a service fee $25.



  • We reserve the right to increase our prices and discontinue treatments, as required without notice.
